One has claws at the end of its paws and one is a pause at the end of a clause.

I know people don’t go to Amsterdam for the puns, but Tom took time out on this particular trip to snag me a simple, yet tuneful one for the collection.

It absolutely terrifies me to tell you that I have agreed, for the first time in my life, to do an actual, real-life stand up act, at an actual comedy night.
Now, this is no ordinary night. This is the infamous Pun Run, the brainchild of the wonderful Bec Hill. This time around, Bec has invited purveyors of the pun from Twitter to stand infront of an audience and let loose an amount of wordplay jokes of less than 140 characters. And I, dear reader, am one of those tellers.
It will be frightening, and I will be among some very funny people indeed, but I’ll try my best, and you’ll laugh. Possibly.
Its on February 21st at The Monarch in Camden. Hopefully I’ll see some of you there. Tickets are £3 in advance from here or £10 on the door.
No heckling, yeah?
